EMD’s Benchmarking workshop will introduce participants to the culture of benchmarking, provide handy hits and common pitfalls, cover the different types of benchmarking and set the foundation stones for the process.

Outcomes

EMD will tailor the program around your organisation’s requirements.  At the end of the program the participants will have:

	a sound knowledge of Benchmarking processes,
	identified the processes that should be benchmarked,
	identified data to be collected and when to collect it,
	identified what the circles of influence are and the appropriate KPI’s.
