The strategy behind EMD’s facilitation is to draw on the day-to-day experiences of participants. 

We base our facilitation on an interest based model developed at Harvard University which is now the cornerstone of most international and labour mediation/negotiations.

The role of EMD is to facilitate the discovery of learnings. The provision of a non-threatening, facilitatory learning environment.
