| George has authored and co-authored four
management publications; ‘Implementing a Multisource Performance Feedback System in
your organisation’, ‘Enterprise Bargaining Self Help Manual – The Key
to Productivity and Performance’, ‘Performance Pay through Gain Sharing’
and ‘Key Performance Indicators – A Practical Approach to the Implementation of
KPIs and Scorecards’.
George has worked with many of Australia’s leading
corporations such as Australian Rail Track, Mobil Oil Australia, Brisbane City Council,
PowerTel, Integral Energy, CS Energy, Ergon Energy, EnergyAustralia, AAPT, Sydney
Water Corporation, Smorgon Steel, Queensland Rail, Capral Aluminium, APA, BOC Gases, BHP
Lysaghts, Hawker de Havilland, Queensland Health, ACI Glass Packaging, Energex, Ergon Energy
and Containers Packaging. In the Government sector, consulting assignments spanned the
Department of Defence, Department of Industrial Relations, Department of Employment, Education
and Training, Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of Social Security, and the Department of
Immigration and Ethnic Affairs.
George is the managing director of Delvcorp Pty Ltd and a
Director of KUTh Energy (ASX listed), an organisation focused on geothermal energy. He has
also held the position of Director with Australian Life Insurance (ALI), Rubicor (ASX listed),
Australian Centre for Languages (ACL) and Clean Water Technologies.
George held the position of Member of the Immigration Review
Tribunal and Ethnic Affairs Commission NSW Part Time Commissionaire.
George has degrees in Law from the University of Technology
and Social Work from the University of New South Wales respectively. Admission as a Barrister
of the Supreme Court of NSW, Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development
and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has also lectured in Management,
Industrial Relations, Law and Immigration. |
